The MrSteam CU High Limit Control is a vital safety device engineered for use with all MrSteam CT Day Spa and CU Commercial Steam Generator Systems, including models CU360 through CU1400. Designed to protect users and equipment alike, this high-temperature limit control provides automatic over-temperature shutoff and an integrated alarm function, ensuring safe and code-compliant operation in demanding commercial steam environments.

If the steam room temperature exceeds the preset safety limit of 120°F (49°C), the system immediately sounds an audible alarm and disconnects the generator’s heating element to prevent overheating. The generator remains off until the room temperature drops below the threshold and the system is manually reset by a qualified attendant—offering both safety and operational control.

The CU High Limit Control is housed in a water-resistant (IP-69K rated) enclosure, making it suitable for installation inside or outside the steam room. It also supports connection to multiple steam stop switches for enhanced accessibility in larger installations or for ADA compliance.
