The Harvia Black chimney assembly kit contains all the essential parts required to safely install your Harvia chimney through your sauna.

The kit includes a non-insulated smoke pipe, a rain cap, a rubber rain flange with installation set, a ceiling lead-through flange, and a lead-through insulation and protector.

This kit provides the necessary sealing, fastening, and weather protection for a safe and durable installation. It is designed to work with Harvia’s 1.0 m and 1.5 m black chimney pipes (sold separately).

⚠️ Important: This kit does not include the chimney pipe.
To complete your sauna chimney system, you’ll need to purchase at least one Harvia black chimney pipe (1.0 m or 1.5 m).

Technical Information

This assembly kit includes all the parts required to safely install your Harvia chimney through a ceiling and roof. Below is a breakdown of each included component in this assembly kit

A. Rain Cap
Prevents rain, snow, and debris from entering the chimney. Protects your sauna and keeps the chimney draft stable.
B. Clamp Ring
Secures the chimney sections together tightly, ensuring stability and safety even with heat expansion.
C. Rubber Rain Flange with Installation Set
Provides a watertight seal where the chimney exits through the roof. Flexible rubber adapts to roof slopes and prevents leaks.
D. Lead-Through Insulation & Protector
Fire-safe insulation sleeve and protective cover for where the chimney passes through the ceiling and roof structure. Prevents overheating of surrounding building materials.
E. Ceiling Lead-Through Flange
Decorative and protective flange that covers the hole in the ceiling where the chimney passes through. Creates a clean and safe finish inside your sauna.
F. Non-Insulated Smoke Pipe
The first section of chimney pipe that connects directly to your sauna stove. It runs inside the sauna room and links the stove’s flue collar to the start of the insulated chimney section.
