These photos are from saunas which needed to be rebuilt among many others because of heavy
fungus build-up.

Saunas made of cedar wood are plagued with reoccurring mold.

It is useless to try sand-out
blackened Cedar surface and try to eliminate the unpleasant odor
humidity has created
in cedar saunas.

We use Northern Pine, Spruce and Alder to build sauna interiors in order to create fresh and invigorating air, where it is easy to breath.

Combined with soft Abachi bench material, Finnish Northern Pine,
Spruce and Alder provide
great sauna interior look.

The latest Harvia innovation for commercial (large) saunas step-in benches:

Heat darkened Aspen
with Harvia treatment,
easy to clean,
always looking neat.

I use my sauna every day.

The clients visiting my premises are amazed:
"How many weeks ago did you install your sauna ?"
"Cannot be that old !"

Now you know what my friend
"Sauna Spirit"
and
I talk about when we warn you:

No Cedar
in sauna interiors !
